沼氣濕式法脫硫技術(shù)如何解決?

沼氣濕式法脫硫技術(shù)包括堿性溶液吸收法、萘醌氧化法、HAPS氧化法、PDS法等。堿性溶液法吸收H2S[30],采用逆流接觸,反應(yīng)如下:

吸收受到流速、流量、溫度、氣量、停留時(shí)間等因素的影響,溶解度很難保證100%,易形成NaHS,而非Na2S。NaHS再生時(shí)與氧氣反應(yīng)生成硫酸鹽和硫代硫酸鹽,降低吸收液的吸收能力,從而堿液需要定期更換,也可能帶來二次污染。
